HAND Enterprise Solution USA Inc. has an opening for Sales Engineer in Farmington Hills, Michigan. 40 hrs/wk; 9am -5pm; M-F. 

 

Responsibilities:  Optimize and configure the ERP products based on the customer's performance and specification requirements based on their organization chart, process, policy, and workflow. Design and program the interfaces using PL/SQL/Java/C++, webservices to integrate the peripheral systems to the ERP system. Provide technical support to clients or other staff members regarding company’s service and products, such as ERP (SAP B1, SAP S4 HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Hand MES Solutions, Hand Helios Solution). Provide technical documentation for system integration and implementation routines for each deliverable to be deployed in development and production environments. Prepare technical presentations and deliver trial installations to customers and prospective customers. Digest client's technical requirements and customize software design proposal in the presale and negotiation phases of each project. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including the request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions for integrating customers in-house developed business system for online order, purchasing, warehouse management) and QuickBooks Accounting Management by  SAP S/4 HANA ERP system with enhanced capacities in accuracy accounting data, traceability of business data and efficiency of daily operation with programmer team; support for installation and use of ERP system with expandable capacity in CRM, BI, HRO, etc.; customer/supplier facing documents, forms, data conversion/update systems; interface development or enhancement; customized web ADI integration, and workflow modifications; convert and clean client's accounting data such as GL, AR, AP, Asset data and import the data from the legacy systems. Propose product design and finalize the technical deliverables with PL/SQL developer, Oracle forms and reports, BI/XML Publisher, Work Flow Builder, etc., to enhance applicability for the clients existing system and hardware capacity and the compatibility to HAND Head quarter system. The deliverables include ERP system with expandable capacity in CRM, BI, HRO, etc., customer/supplier facing documents, forms, data conversion/update systems, interface development or enhancement, customized web ADI integrators, Webservices, workflow modifications, and FNDLOADERS. Provide the guideline of Client financial operation and accurate financial analysis of revenue and costs based on implementation with SAP Best Practices and support future expansion of whole S/4 Hana core ERP modules to cover financial and supply chain business management for Client’s rapid business expansion. Collaborate with senior vice president of Marketing and Sales to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. Review or provide recommendations to sales or service contracts for products or services. Maintain relationships and identify business opportunities with Detroit Chinese Business Association, Chinese Business Association of Atlanta, America Chinese Life, America Society of Indiana, and China SF. Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production with the deliverable team; propose product design and finalize the technical deliverables to enhance applicability for the clients' existing system and hardware capacity and the compatibility to HAND China's system.

 

Requirements:   Master’s degree in Business Administration or foreign degree equivalent, plus 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer. Experience in an engineering related field. Experience in accounting or finance-related fields. Particular experience and skills as follow: Experience in marketing, sales, customer success experience with international clients in Asian areas, especially in China, Japan, and Singapore. Knowledge of the engineering industry, sales techniques, capabilities of promoting it and engineering solution, such as SAP, Oracle, and Manufacturing Executive Systems, as well as accounting or finance to work with the clients accounting team on cost calculation and profit estimation. Experience in evaluating operations, obligations, costs, and revenues to provide management with advice on future project earnings and expenses and performing the system integration, testing, and debugging; convert and clean client's accounting data such as GL, AR, AP, Asset data and import the data from the legacy systems. Experience in serving customers engineering and it needs and demands assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction by optimizing and configuring the ERP products based on the overall performance and specification requirements. Experience in circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming, as well as their best practice techniques, industrial procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

Incidental travel happens infrequently (perhaps only 1% of the time) and not more than several days a few times a year.
